Serving the rail industry across the region and East Midlands Airport.
I joined the Railway Mission as Chaplain for the East Midlands in September 2014. For the previous 32 years I had been on the staff of Life Church Bedworth were I had been initially the finance administrator then managed our training and conference centre.
I have always been passionate about people and in helping them to achieve the best possible outcomes for their lives. For the last few years I was able to work more in this area heading up the Pastoral Care of the congregation of between 300-400 people.
I am married to Jayne and we have four children. We live in a beautiful little village in South Leicestershire were we enjoy the many lovely walks around the area.
Amongst my other interests is a enthusiasm for the railway. So combined
with my love of people my Chaplaincy role fulfils two of my great passions.

East Midlands Airport Chaplaincy Team:
The Revd Dr Moira Biggins
I'm a Methodist minister now serving the church full-time after 35 years working in the IT industry.
I’m a member of the chaplaincy team at East Midlands Airport. We offer a service to travellers, employees, and visitors to the airport, people of all faiths and none.
We provide a listening ear and space to talk about life, purpose, and the meaning of things. We offer guidance on life issues and give prayer support. We also maintain the purpose-built Prayer Room: a place where anyone may pray, meditate or simply find quiet space to think.
